Angelo began his journey in construction working for his uncle’s heavy civil construction company as a young boy. Growing up in a small town in upstate New York, he developed a strong work ethic early on, which helped carry him through college, where he earned an Associate’s degree in Computer Science followed by a Bachelor’s in Business Administration.
After college, Angelo moved to the West Coast and joined Pulte Homes, one of the nation’s leading residential homebuilders. From 2005 to 2008, during a time of booming construction activity, he was involved in building single-family homes, 55+ active adult communities, and mixed-use developments. While at Pulte Homes, Angelo played a pivotal role and was a valuable team member in helping the company earn multiple awards for quality homebuilding, as recognized by J.D. Power and Associates through their independent evaluations.
When the housing market collapsed in 2008, Angelo pivoted by investing in real estate, flipping homes as a hobby while furthering his education. He earned a Master’s in Supply Chain Management from the University of San Diego and went on to obtain a second Master’s in Finance from Northeastern University.
Angelo later joined PepsiCo, where he served in multiple leadership roles in supply chain operations. In his final role in corporate America, he was Director of Supply Chain for a family owned co-packing operation, leading major capital projects in 2 production facilities in Northern and Southern California including the construction and retooling of high-speed production lines, warehousing expansions, and wastewater treatment systems.
Throughout his career, Angelo has remained deeply connected to construction. He holds multiple contractor licenses including General Building (B), C-33 Painting, C-61/D12 Synthetic Products (Epoxy), C-8 Concrete, and C-39 Roofing. He is also a certified IICRC Water Restoration Technician. His diverse background across construction and operations gives him a unique ability to deliver high-quality work while optimizing cost and efficiency, with a keen eye for value engineering that ensures clients get the most out of their investment.
