BON Pergola offers 10 years (5 years if purchased from else where) on Villa Pergola structural warranty (for frames, posts and beams) and 2 years warranty for electrical related parts.
LIMITED WARRANTY FOR Weatherproof Pergola
15 YEARS ON THE STRUCTURE
5 YEARS ON THE ELECTRICAL RELATED PARTS
BON Pergola offers 15 years ( years if purchased from else where) on Weatherproof Pergola structural warranty (for frames, posts and beams) and 5 years warranty for electrical related parts.
BON PERGOLA warrants the goods sold under normal and proper care to original purchaser.
This Non-Transferable Limited Warranty does not cover defects caused by: Normal wear and tear, Damage from misuse or vandalism, Unauthorized modification of the product, Damage due to different electrical voltage as discussed before, Inappropriate installation or reinstallation (include using non BON PERGOLA parts and wrong measurement), Abnormal condition (such as unusual pressure, temperature, salty environment and etc.), Extreme natural weather, Labor cost for reinstallation or disassemble is not cover, and the owner should be responsible for it. BON PERGOLA shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, loss or injury. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, but you may also have additional or other rights, which may vary from state to state.
