With a robust foundation in the construction industry and a strong educational background, my journey began in the bustling world of production home building with Pulte Homes across Southern California. During my tenure, I contributed to the construction of hundreds of homes, ranging from multi-family and mixed-use developments to single-family residences and active adult communities. This period was marked by Pulte Homes earning numerous awards from J.D. Power and Associates for quality and customer satisfaction, a testament to the high standards we upheld.

I witnessed firsthand what it takes to delight customers, coordinating seamlessly with multiple trades to deliver homes on time and within budget. This experience laid the groundwork for my deep understanding of quality construction and project management.

When the housing market downturn hit in 2008 I partnered up with other Real Estate professionals and pivoted my focus toward real estate investment, diving into the world of fix-and-flip projects and building and selling spec homes. What started as a hobby quickly became a passion, one that I continue to actively pursue today.
